TrustedFunders LLC is a company incorporated and headquartered in the United States, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico — the state's largest city, sitting at the foot of the Sandia Mountains along the Rio Grande. Our registered office is at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, and our operations, legal structure and billing all run under US law, in the state of New Mexico.
We chose to build and register the company here deliberately. New Mexico has a long tradition of independent, frontier-minded enterprise, and Albuquerque in particular has grown into a serious hub for technology, research and small-business innovation in the American Southwest — a fitting home for a platform whose entire purpose is to bring more honesty and accountability to how businesses are reviewed online.
Being a US LLC also means TrustedFunders operates under US corporate, consumer-protection and data-privacy law (with additional safeguards for users in the European Economic Area, detailed in our Privacy Policy), and that any legal correspondence, regulatory inquiry or dispute is handled from our New Mexico office — not a shell address in an unrelated jurisdiction.
